Every claim is traceable
- Issues were reported in real time on the booking platform, not after the fact
- Each claim maps to a message, a photograph, or a video taken during the stay
- Host and platform responses are quoted, not characterized
- Open disputes are labelled as open until they close
What we do not publish
- Anonymous or second-hand complaints
- Anything we cannot document
